This is a Canvas Print of my original oil painting of a lighthouse beacon dating back to the civil war. At midnight on new years eve 1999 this restored lighthouse was lit for the first time since the civil war. My husband asked me to marry him at that moment while we watched from our boat in Matagorda Bay. So "Midnight Proposal" seemed like the perfect name.
Printed on Fredrix canvas materials that have a medium texture using fade resistant UltraChorome inks. Canvases are printed and then hand-stretched on solid wood stretcher bars. They're finished with a gallery-style fold for a premium quality look.
Please Note: each canvas is printed with full bleed (gallery edges) but in some cases the image may not wrap completely and the edges will be filled in with a black background. If you plan to frame your canvas print this is not a concern. If you wish to hang it unframed then please email me and include the name of the painting and the size you wish to buy.
